You say that, but I don't believe its true at all.

The folks whistling about Schmidt are NOT the same who demand Smith be held accountable.

You know that. Now, do I think the Gipper both would prefer accountability for Smith and for Schmidt not to step on his tiny wanker? I do believe that is true.

But that is more of an exception and not what I was pointing to. See pic above and you get a better idea.
