Yeah, Jim Jordan sent a demand letter to Garland about that issue. "How many times has DOJ offered this type of deal to tax evaders" etc.

First sign one has put themselves into a conflict position during plea deal negotiations with an immunity deal is not getting a Queen for a Day proffer session. Zero reason to grant any immunity in a high profile case without one. Hillary's people were being handed out immunity like Skittles on Halloween but no one flipped. Free gratis. And Hunter got one too, for nothing in return., again.


Sooo, how did that happen? Lawyers will be called. Attorney client privilege does not apply when third parties besides Hunter (and maybe his wife) are the only ones present. Most of those meetings were lawyer on lawyer and likely papered, if not recorded.

It would seem that there are clearer grounds for impeachment here than ever before.

Or will they claim Joe had no knowledge of any of the strong arming and sweetheart dealmaking and that Chris Clark, Weiss and others acted out of their own long standing love for everybody's Favorite Grandpa... Ice Cream Joe.

I do not think the public and even MSM will by the Joe Know Diddly excuse and given how messy this is already, there is likely a paper / text / email trail.

And Chris Clark is going to flip quicker than anyone in history.
