Responding to your second paragraph, not what I was saying. First paragraph is your opinion and I respect that. I think the CGI is a little much and mentioned I agreed with the "could have peed on it" line being bad.

It was a general statement, but I did clarify I only thought about half of the gripe was a product of DCEU history. Not half of your gripe, not half of TexAgs, just about half of my experiences with people outside of this board. There's plenty to nitpick here just looking at this project alone, as you are, which is where a half or majority of the gripe is coming from (rightfully so). Just because I enjoyed it doesn't mean anything.

I'll be honest: the design of Black Manta is the absolute coolest thing ever in the DCEU.

And by a wide margin.

Went and saw Overlord yesterday and one of the older trailers was before it.

I'm genuinely excited! James Wan is an accomplished Director and this most recent trailer looks like a mix between Ragnarok and Black Panther, two of my favorite comic book movies. Hope it lives up to my hype!

The first time I saw the trailer on tv I figured this was a Disney live action remake/prequel. I expected the movie title to be Little Mermaid: The Rise of Triton

100 theaters added for the early Prime screenings.

I wonder how this will be factored into the gross. Will it count towards opening weekend?

Not that it matters, doubt they're trying to break any weekend records with this one. They're going for legs.

Silly question but I don't remember seeing the orange and green costume in earlier trailers. Was it something they held back or a later CGI addition?
