I will ferment it inside of a corny keg w a floating dip tube. All dry hops inside of nylon sacks. And I'll pressure transfer it off of the hops before serving.

I'm at a point with my equipment now where I want to get some good solid use out of my current brewing setup before I change anything major. Next upgrade would probably be a stainless fermentation vessel. But, I am mulling over just buying another keg or 2 instead and fermenting slightly smaller batches in them for ease of pressure transfers!
Let me know what you think of the Spike Flex+. I considered buying one but the cost was too high for me. Maybe one day!AlaskanAg99 said:Chipotlemonger said:

That'll work for sure. I have 2 14g older more beer conical. They're at least 12 years old and I picked them up used. There's so much crazy new gear out now. I have a Spike Flex+ about to arrive. I still have to buy some fermentation gear for it.
There's a ton of people getting out, keep an eye on CL/eBay/offer up in about a 100mi radius. Best part of used SS is you can always sell it at zero loss.

I'm about to brew a rauchbier and a stout that I'm going to soak oak cubes in bourbon and let that sit until December.
What container do you use for aging?danieljustin06 said:
If you have a spot to age, it's worth it. I try to brew a big stout in July for the winter.
