From DFW, been in Houston for 10+ years now. There are days when I want to strangle all of the city planners and engineers, but for the most part we like it here. Weather for the next 6 months is about to get primo.

Level the Astrodome already, sheesh.

That would be the financially smart decision, but I wish someone would turn it into a hotel/casino. Would be killer to spend the weekend during the season.

Arlington is going to need to do a quick rebuild.

Doing quick math you will lose or have lost 63% of your SP innings and 46% of your bullpen innings, including almost all of your high-leverage innings.

There should be money to spend, but yall better be prepared to drop 75-100 M and get back near the luxury tax if you want to "be back".

I thought I read that the Rangers had to curtail free agent spending due to the tv deal being a dumpster fire. With the ongoing lawsuits with Diamond, etc. is that going to continue?

Thats ok. Lots of teams can't get back to the playoffs. Very few teams can do that.
