I don't have any problem not calling a timeout. You've got the defense scrambling. It was basically a fast break and we passed up a layup and a floater.

Pretty sure it was close to the 5 second violation too. Refs could have picked either the foul or the violation, what a joke.
What I would do for a referee post game conference right now. Totally just swallowed their whistles.

ANY contact by the inbounder is a foul. Period. Stop. Do not pass go.
The "flop" reputation is irrelevant. Inbounder initiated contact it's an automatic call.
I don't know what it is but the refs take care of Thunder more than damn near any team (they were easily the most ref friendly team until the Warriors won it last year, it's why people call them the Thunderrefs).
Marc Davis who was standing there giving the five count is widely considered one of the WORST refs in the NBA. That POS shouldn't have even been calling a game at this point in the playoffs, which speaks to the situation and the NBA's reputation for shady officiating.
