We've been waiting for the new generation to take the next step for 20 years. It's no guarantee that a new generation will be better than what we have now (which, IMO, is a step down from Donovon/Dempsey, but that's debatable).

Lol…this has been a fun way to pass time during the summer and obviously root for the national team but if you think the majority of Americans will care about soccer after the World Cup, you're full of it.
