I'd skip hope and go straight to prayer. Maybe even sacrifice a chicken or something.

To be fair that is typically for pulisic on corners. Tillman is much better.
Outside of Tillman, that was about as awful a half as we could play.

Could have been worse. Terrible half except for a couple of flashes and only down 1. We are OK. Attack them right off the jump at the start of the second half. Set the tone.
Pulisic and Dest are killing us.

Just keep it at 1 for as long as possible.
They are packing the midfield. We aren't going to be able to move it up field by dribbling and short passes. We are going to have to take chances having Balogun (or someone else) going deep. We've had a couple of opportunities doing this. Eventually that will hit. We just can't let them score again.
We had some success with the long ball towards end of the half. I'd stick with it. Belgium is still high-pressing with a lead. We can catch them with their pants down.
I'd pull Dest at half. He was wet garbage the entire game. He was completely inept.

or possibly Pepi on and have him push forward
You could try giving dest the first 5-10 minutes, but he has just looked so poor in all ways

Our defense has been lazy. They have had 5 solid opportunities and we are just lucky to be down 1
What a colossal disappointment. Most of these guys are top foreign club players and they're looking like guys from the MLS of 25 years ago. A handful of mistakes happen in a half in other World Cup games. There's been 50+ by this squad tonight. Poch is going to have to consider making wholesale changes at half. The guys who were on for the 1st half did not show up to play, Pulisic included. We can't retain possession with him in the field. Whether it's physical or mental, he doesn't belong right now.
Good: After 45 minutes of horrible soccer, the US are only down 1 (thankfully).
Bad: Refs will give the US nothing but the most obvious, must-call-them whistles.
Ugly: Dest was the worst player on the pitch, and it's not close.
