yellows carry forward until after the quarter final. so if you get 1 yellow in 2 games over round on 32, 16 or 8 you are suspended one game.

I believe yellow cards are wiped out again after the quarterfinals.

I read somewhere that Belgium is trying to appeal to the CAS, the Court of Arbitration for Sport, to get them to rule Balogun ineligible. Technically a decision could come after the match, and then Belgium would apparently ask the court essentially deem them the winners since the US played an ineligble player.

Personally I think the Belgium FA needs to stop at this point. You filed your FIFA appeal. Fine. More on.

Lineups are submitted to FIFA 90 minutes before kick-off. Most national teams have been announcing theirs at 75 minutes or so, but its ranged from 90 minutes to 45 minutes online.
