I've got a few questions on rankings, but I am simply using the 247 composite for the stars I feel like that is the best industry average. By that standard Tumise is a four-star.

Made a simple Google Sheet to help visualize the departures. Stole the TexAgs Football Class Breakdown - which I'm guessing only shows scholarship players. 81 vs 129 on full roster (must include some practice squad guys because I thought the max was 105)

Red = Leaving
Maroon = Staying (confirmed with an official announcement)

I'll probably add incoming players once those start to roll in.

By the way, I find it amazing that we only had "8" seniors on the roster. We were always gonna need around 15 guys to leave the program that weren't graduating.

I read somewhere it's primarily tied to their social media. Followers, tweets, etc. In other words what would they be worth on the open market (separate from college football) for their NIL.

Not an Aggie, but ND's QB who rescued their season and went 4-1 against ranked teams entered the portal. Crazy. There you have the #1 QB available.

With Weigman the Ags don't need him, but it is a perfect example of why recruiting a top QB out of high school isn't that important anymore. Go recruit OL & DL and fill your skill positions with transfers.
