Dominic Rhodes interesting story and a Super Bowl Win.

In a 2001 game against the Kansas City Chiefs, Rhodes returned a punt for a touchdown. In that game, the Indianapolis Colts' starting running back, Edgerrin James, injured his knee and ended his season. As a result, Rhodes was the starting running back for the rest of the Colts' 2001 season. That year, Rhodes ran for the most rushing yards by an undrafted rookie in NFL history, with 1,104, despite only starting the final nine games of the season.

Acie Law IV (born January 25, 1985) is an American professional basketball player for Olympiacos of the Greek Basketball League. In his four seasons at Texas A&M University, Law scored 1,653 points and was credited with 540 assists. Nicknamed "Captain Clutch" for his ability to take over the game late, Law is well known among Aggie basketball fans for "The Shot," his buzzer-beating 3-pointer to beat the arch-rival Texas Longhorns at Reed Arena on March 1, 2006,[1] as well as for his play in the Aggies' stunning 69–66 upset win against Kansas on February 3, 2007. Due to his contributions to Texas A&M, the Texas A&M athletic department decided to hang Law's No. 1 jersey on the rafters in Reed Arena.[2] He became the first Aggie in any sport to have the honor.[3]

Chamblee High School, Chamblee, GA. Our best player was linebacker Andy Spiva. Andy went on to have a standout career with the Vols. Sadly, after just one season with the Atlanta Falcons he was killed in a single vehicle collision in north side Atlanta.

By the way - went to high school with Shane and he was our quarterback. As horrible as Schaub is for the Texans, Kubiak should let Shane toss the ball around a little!

Man, I ran track at Colleyville while Hugh was there. I remember seeing him run the 200 a few times; dude was FAST. He also looked like he was flying when he would long jump. Impressive athlete for sure.

Jarrod Cooper - All-state in HS his Sr yr and 4yr All-Big 12 player at K-State (and 2nd team All-American). Played for the Raider and Panthers before being brought down by head injuries.
