Didn't lose last week and bitterly gave up on this thread and ate horribly last weekend out of spite. Got back to it on Tuesday and got two workouts in this week (didn't have time to work out last week)

Weight loss is really a mystery to me. Since this 158 weigh in, I've been very strict on diet, and not missed any exercise routines with most of them being mostly cardio based.
Weighed in at 157 yesterday, about 9 days after this 158. :-/
Whatever. I'll just keep doing what I'm doing.

After three nights of bad behavior(turned 40, VDay, Bday Concert gift) down to 213. Not mad.

188.1 this AM so I've done well this week. And sister/BIL in town starting tonight so several days of eating their favorite restaurants.

Back to 187.6 this morning. No plans this weekend other than V-Dinner at home tonight w/wife (low carb) and a 5k tomorrow morning. Hopefully Monday will come in at or below my weight this morning. Had a few drinks last night so some of the weight loss could be dehydration, but I was 188.8 yesterday.

on the positive side this is the longest ive been below 200 in at least 5 years so i guess ive got that going for me.
