Weight loss is really a mystery to me. Since this 158 weigh in, I've been very strict on diet, and not missed any exercise routines with most of them being mostly cardio based.

Weighed in at 157 yesterday, about 9 days after this 158. :-/

Whatever. I'll just keep doing what I'm doing.

Had the same thing happen this week. Had a work trip to Chicago, and, even though I stuck as close to plan as possible, felt fat and bloated the whole week. I lost 3 pounds. Back on plan, have gained 2 pounds back since I got back. I dunno.

247.2 at the doctor today. Best news is 120/80 was the blood pressure.

This was first thing in the morning. My 262 was late afternoon. Trending down but today is refeed so I expect a spike tomorrow.

Had a bad week last week, compounded by going out to visit in-laws, where we always eat well, but I always manage to eat too much. Back on track again and locked in. I have a pair of ski pants I need to wear in early March that will fit just right at around 245ish.

Didn't lose last week and bitterly gave up on this thread and ate horribly last weekend out of spite. Got back to it on Tuesday and got two workouts in this week (didn't have time to work out last week)

Down a pound to 198.6
three weeks stuck at the same weight. been making good choices and working out plenty. thinking that my caloric restriction isnt doing me any favors, so im going to cut back on meat and dairy significantly and see where that takes me.

on the positive side this is the longest ive been below 200 in at least 5 years so i guess ive got that going for me.

Achingly close to breaking into the 250s! Clothes aren't fitting right and it's becoming an issue lol. Peloton rides have helped keep things going this week, I've still been able to maintain a roughly 4 pounds/week average (I know that will start to go down as my weight goes down more).

Hope everyone is staying strong! Lots more room if anyone wants to join and start losing!

My worst fears happened - 192.1 on Monday. I ate a couple of tiny tortillas w/tacos during the superbowl, thought I'd minimized chips and queso/guac, and did have about 3 pints of miller light. I know - not a beer I'd drink normally but its low carb.

Apparently it was all enough to push me over the edge.

188.1 this AM so I've done well this week. And sister/BIL in town starting tonight so several days of eating their favorite restaurants.

Yup. Gained 7lbs over the 4 day weekend and clocked in MOnday at 195.

Back to 187.6 this morning. No plans this weekend other than V-Dinner at home tonight w/wife (low carb) and a 5k tomorrow morning. Hopefully Monday will come in at or below my weight this morning. Had a few drinks last night so some of the weight loss could be dehydration, but I was 188.8 yesterday.
Didn't check in last week - went from 188.8 to 194 over that weekend

This weekend I was good and came out at 188. If I can continue not throwing my diet out the window on the weekends all will be well. Trip to Nashville in a couple of weeks will kill the diet, so I need to get as low as I can ahead of that time.

I think I am going to call the weight loss journey over and consider it a success! From 189lbs in October to 165ish today. My next goal is going to be to get back up to 180lbs over the next year, but good weight this time.

Goal is still 145, but I'm stuck in the mid 150s right now.

That doesn't hurt my feelings too bad though because my BF% has continued to drop - it's now <16% all the time.

I had set a goal of 14% back when I was in the 20%+ range and really didn't know if that was reasonable or not... still don't really know. I just know I'm getting closer and clearly still have some to lose.

I have no idea what I did yesterday but I gained over 4pounds. I must have knocked myself out of ketosis not realizing something I ate a restaurant had too many carbs. Probably queso on a roasted relleno.
