Interesting diet item I've noticed. When I'm over served (which has happened twice since we all started this journey), I lose about two pounds the following day despite the fact that I've consumed way more calories than normal the day before.

Then it all comes rushing back the 2nd day after. I weighed 202.3 yesterday morning after someone forced a bottle and a half of wine down my throat on Saturday.

Closest I have been yet and my first time at 200 on reporting day.

It has been tough to stay on track during this stay at home period. Eating a bit more takeout to support our favorite locals and quite a bit more drinking so I don't strangle the kids lol.

I'm glad I started the Whole30 thing early this year, my diet was tragically bad towards the end of last year, it would've turned downright scary during this stuff. Thankfully staying on track.

True story. I've gained 3lbs in the last week. Thankfully pieces of the home gym start showing up this week. That should help me a bit.

At this point I'm very certain I'm not eating enough with the added exercise, upping the carbs after I ride but still staying on plan.

Slow but steady progress, but I'm supposed to be at 196.2 four weeks from today. That is going to be challenging at my current pace. I think 200 is more realistic.

Nice; and brilliant write up - I've done the whole 30 a few times before and stuck with it several Months after but always seem to get a pivot point in life that sends me back up the scale (lay off; new kid x 4, etc)
