Fought a plateau all week, I think the pace is definitely slowing down, which is fine, hitting the Peloton hard trying to stay sane at home. Still eating on plan.

Broke through the plateau I mentioned last week but then spent the past 40 hours driving to Arizona and back, so although I didn't eat anything off-plan, I think sitting still for 40 hours affected things. Oh well, back at it today since getting home at 5:14am!

I have no idea what I did yesterday but I gained over 4pounds. I must have knocked myself out of ketosis not realizing something I ate a restaurant had too many carbs. Probably queso on a roasted relleno.
One does not go to Nashville and not eat everything. 191.6 this morning but it was worth the near week of gluttony. I'm confident I can be back to mid-180s by the end of the week and continue my downward march through march
