That sounds like a heck of a good deal at $14k barring any issues with mechanic inspection and carfax report, especially with a hardtop. How long has it been up? I think you'd be safe at 12k offer, just keep in mind they probably won't budge. If I was selling that I'd list it for $16k.
For instance, K Bo listed his on CL at $20k with 70k miles, but it is a manual which seem to garner more attention. He will probably get at least $17k from a Jeep enthusiast.
I sold my 04 TJ with 85k miles for $14.5k about 2 years ago for reference.
Seems like a really good deal so long as everything checks out. Like Corps_Ag said mine is listed for sale at a number that would make me ecstatic to sell. It's a 6spd with just over 69k mi and silly clean so I would expect [hope] it to carry a little premium.

This thing hasn't been bumped in a while, let's do it.
Installed a Rock Krawler 2.5" lift and 37" Ridge Grapplers on the heep, and then removed the top and threw on a spider shade. Next to get rid of the stock wheels and tires and fund a rear bumper with tire carrier and a winch for the front.
Also if anyone is interested, the Racor/Topsy lift combo for the hard top is pretty good. Excuse the messy garage, we just moved in a couple of months ago and I haven't gotten it organized yet, almost killed me this weekend.

Pulled the TJ out of the garage yesterday to run a few errands, have put a whopping 285 miles on her since last oil change in Feb... hopefully with temps falling I will add a few more...

Unfortunately, yeah. She's great but does admittedly sit more than I would like... Nice to have an '06 with only 23k miles but she isn't intended to only be a garage queen... with that said, she won't get wheeled for real until I upgrade front axle, get lockers, change fenders and adjust the suspension a bit...
In the meantime, she gets a bath.

Neglected YJ. Need to get it ready for a December trip.
Picked up this TJ off the list a few months back for cheap as it was not running. I took out the very old aftermarket alarm and it fired right up. Its a 97, 4.0 with 180k. Last weekend I replaced the cracked exhaust manifold and did a basic tuneup. Also found some very cheap JK wheels on CL. $100 for all 5. First time using spacers/adapters, so will see how that goes.

Yeah, but at this point in my life I am okay building before it breaks...
Other half will be bringing her to Texas from Mississippi next week.
Get some adapters to 5 on 5.5 and I'll make you a deal on some beadlocks
