Just bought my first Jeep, a '95 YJ with ~133k miles. It's in really good shape for its age. Can't wait to start restoring it.

It needs a good paint job (no rust other than some surface stuff), and the typical restoration of fender flares, interior trim, etc. Can't wait to get started but don't even know where to begin.

Let me know if you have any tips, favorites sources for parts, etc!

I saw that one the other day on Marketplace or CL. Looked clean!

Haven't posted an update to the Grendel in awhile.

Rolling on Nitto 40s. 1 ton axles. Evo long arms and coilovers. At a good point to pause on the modifications.

Welcome to the world of Jeeps! I've found eBay is the best bet for finding used parts, otherwise quadratec, Morris 4x4 etc are good for aftermarket.

Yep, Bubba is a good friend. The trips to Ouray and Moab were ones he planned back in 17 and 18 when he first started the shop. I wanted to do the PBR but January's schedule is not working out for that.

yea, I go to Bubba for most of the work I can't do which usually is stuff that requires welding like the Evo long arms.

Awesome photos. I finally dragged the TJ out of the garage this weekend, gave her a bath, changed the oil and drove around for first time in a LOOOOOONG time. She's really a great little truck I just need to drive her more. Still under 24k miles on the odo!

I didn't make PBR this year, had other plans the same weekend that conflicted. Looks like everyone had a blast though. I'd love to get out to Wolf Caves one of these days. My jeep going to Baldy's in Cedar Park next Monday for PSC steering kit.

Completely rebuilt the factory suspension, bushings, new clutch, new wheels and tires.

Dropped it off for a factory grade paint job today. Coming along.

Paint and body work done. Not showroom quality but looking good.
