I work on Wilcrest just south of Westheimer. No issues at all between Westheimer and I-10.

I've never had kids, but when I was in middle school my mom was babysitting for another mom in the parish. Maybe a 2 year old (I'm not an expert on small humans) and I was making her (the kid) laugh and giggle by swinging her up in the air. At some point her facial expression suddenly changed from huge smile to deer in headlights just before all the formula she had recently consumed came spewing out all over me. At least one half of my head was coated. Full inner-ear coverage.

That memory is always fresh anytime anyone asks me if I think I'll ever want kids.

I didn't have that experience so went ahead and had kids. My 6-year old daughter wasn't feeling well when we got home one day last year so I carried her in from the car. I went to lay her down on the sofa and she promptly levitated straight up like the dead kid in Salem's Lot and vomited 4 hour digested donuts straight into my mouth.
