I am about to head to Shady Acres from downtown. Not sure what route to take since Louisiana to 10 is flooded.
I don't know what's wrong with that old guy in the blue jacket on Chan 11, but that's sad.

Damn, everybody is emptying out of those Arbor Court apartments.
It looks like the HOV ramp to get on I10 on the north end of downtown is open, it must exit onto I10 after the flooded area. I45 to I10 west is still closed.
That's just a ****ty situation up in Greenspoint. That area got hit hard during Alison as well.
