Impossible. Just saw pic of buffalo speedway near Richmond. It looked like a river and person said there were zero cars passing.

I came into downtown via Pecore to Watson/Taylor/Sawyer. White Oak is a mess. I-10 totally under water. With the kind of rain still pounding the White Oak watershed, things don't look promising.
Grand Parkway at 2920 completely underwater.
I wish the news channels would stick with reporting flooded areas and showing weather updates rather than interviewing random people whose house or car flooded.
