Not cool man. You just remodeled a lit of that didn't you? Sorry to hear.

15" here, south of Copperfield off of Longenbaugh. Streets normally drain pretty good here. I've never seen them this full.

Parents live in Southdown part of Copperfield and said they are good too. Just west of them there has been some flooding though.

Yeah. Laid 2100 sqft of laminate flooring all by myself less than 2 years ago. It's all toast now. Sucks seeing all that hard work go to waste.

Also, the city of Katy or Harris county started a project a week or two a go down at the end of my street where the bayou was. They started filling it in to run the storm water underground. I have no idea why. They didn't get finished and I bet that is why my entire street and most of my small neighborhood is under water. It's rained hard like this before and water never got close to the house.

Obviously I can't prove at the moment that that fooked us, but I'm pretty sure it did. I'll be talking to neighbors and see what we can do. The mayor of the City of Katy live on my street so I'm not sure if that's gonna be a good thing or bad thing.

How long has Herzog been on the air his morning? Dude is a severe weather boss. If I recall, he ended up pulling the all-nighter last Memorial Day as well.

Ch11 is at studemont & center street at the rail road bridge. You can see one of the vehicles have water up to its tail lights.

Front of Kingwood near 59 here.

Water made it almost all the way up our driveway during the worst. Street is draining now but I assume a few cars lower than us had water in them.
