This rain sure is cramping my plan to head to the rodeo right now. Don't want to have to park and walk all that way in the rain can you take an umbrella in with you since the roof is closed? Would like to be able to use the umbrella on the way to the stadium but don't want them confiscating it from me.

Of course. Staff all over houston called in claiming it was flooding in their area. Was planned since yesterday when reports came out that bad weather was expected.
