I can see a new Buccee's going in along the path of the new interstate coming through Bryan, where it is coincident with Hway 6. That will be some major traffic flow.

Last year in the winter they had pipes freeze in the attic. When the pipes thawed, they flooded the whole place from top down. They have been doing some work, but I would imagine the insurance company, the owner and the contractors are fighting about who is paying for everything.

Harvest Coffee is open in Century Square as of this last Friday. They're still getting the place decorated and set up, but it's up and running!
Haven't been to Century Square for 6 weeks or so but went Monday and was impressed with all the new businesses. Starting to all come together.
Went to Century Square yesterday and parking was free on Sunday.
The Laredo location looks to be the next Pappadeaux before BCS.TheAlarmGuy said:

Yeah, because when I think border towns that are far inland, I think Cajun food.

They are well aware of the College Station market. One of the Pappas brothers is an Ag. So are his kids.
