• Heroic Strikes will 100% drop Escalation Protocol Key Fragments
• Every 3-5 Heroic Strikes will drop a legendary up to 365

• Improving the transition from campaign to endgame regarding progression
• Finding something to do once all your milestones are completed. Masterworks are a start but weapon randomization and records should help
• Want to add difficult tiers leading up to endgame so that it's not just patrol -> heroic strikes -> raids
• Better align rewards with the difficulty of the activity.

• Why am I matched with someone with a higher glory rank than me? The number isn't what they use to matchmake, instead it's a "skill" level bungie has. So he may be equal in talent but just has played more to raise his glory rank
• Why am I matched against fireteams when I'm playing solo? The new matchmaking released yesterday doesn't directly decrease your chance of matching against a fireteam but will ensure they're skill level is individually lower than yours.
• Why no solo-queue Playlist? Splits the playerbase.
• Why place me in an in-progress game where i'm guaranteed to lose, ending my streak? There's no join in progress for competitive games but we're working on a fix for quickplay.
