The blindsided block was a far worse call, but it had a smaller impact on the outcome. The PI was horrible judgment. The blindside was the ref not even knowing the rules.

Putting your hope in the Cowboys is a fools errand as well. If they make a serious run, they'll be stopped, just like the season Dez Bryant allegedly didn't catch the ball.
That said - it is nice to still have a team to root for. I stopped being invested in the Ags after the app state loss. Just not worth it.

Moore called great plays tonight but that wasn't one of them. Green Bay panicked and called timeout. Cowboys had plenty of time to think.
Going for it on 4th down? Then you ran the ball on 3rd down. Packers were struggling against the run.

How many holding calls were made against GB - like 1 ?!? On every defensive series, Parsons was talking to the refs about being held basically every play. And then they call that cheap one on Dallas - such crap !!

I think we're going to look back and all the talk of adding a WR at the deadline should have been about adding a CB.

Tough loss yesterday. Didn't execute in the 4th quarter when the game was on the line. WAY too many penalties to overcome.
Thankfully, weather wasn't a factor and officiating wasn't a factor . Missed calls both ways, but that always happens.
Too much talent on this team to lose a game like that.

I said that after Lewis went down and you can argue that it would have been a good add even before that. But with Lewis going down they definitely needed to add somebody.

Yeah, well, it def has jumped up to the top of the need list when the draft rolls around in the spring.
Every team drops games they shouldn't to vastly inferior teams in the NFL. Hell Dallas went longer than most without dropping one like that, essentially a full seasons worth of games (since Denver last year).
Dallas was clearly better and without the turnovers wins something like 31-14. Just gotta move on.

I worry that the book is out on attacking this defense. Run, run, run, play action for a big play. Add in a couple turnovers from the QB and it's a recipe for getting beat. DQ is going to have to make some adjustments to fix this run defense and Dak has got to be more consistent.
Quinn really needs to figure out that run game problem.
The scary thing is our big game opponents for the remainder of the year (Vikings, Philly and Titans and potential WC round opponents (Vikings again, TB, SF/Seattle) have the weapons to mimic that gameplan to the tee.gigem1223 said:

Yeah, we're going to be facing some outstanding RBs.
I really think we gotta start mixing in some of the young LBers like Cox and Clark. We gotta get some speed at that spot. LVE is just a shell
