2nd Round: Offensive Guard or wide receiver
3rd Round: Cornerback or wide receiver

All of this is predicated on BPA. If an all world guard or tackle is available in the 1st round I think you take that player to replace Tyron Smith or Connor McGovern.

Yeah, I think the first 4 spots are some combination of CB, WR, OL or LBer. Of course, with Clark and Cox, I think the future is bright at that spot.

Yep, they are talking about it on NFL Network this morning.

I'm honestly shocked Jerry, at his age, hasn't taken his shot yet. We've got a fully capable team and most likely our last year with one of, if not the best, defensive coordinator of the modern Era. It's possible this year will be our best chance.

I believe the lack of a savvy GM is what keeps them from taking their shot. They need someone who can say, "We are going to take our shot and this is how we are going to do it" and then navigate the NFL marketplace of trades and free agents to make it happen. I don't think Jerry and Stephen can do that. Their team building strategy is through the draft, which lately they have been good at, but its a slow process.

Well after reading multiple reports that we were in on Cooks and Jeudy, it doesn't surprise me. Would be awesome to sign him and have him ready for December/ January.

Packers will be the walking wounded Sunday. They lost several players yesterday, including Gary for the season. I'll be in Lambeau Sunday with the in-laws and I hope the Boys break It off. I've spent the last decade having to hear their **** and being on the wrong end of it. It's my turn damnit!

Jerry would be a fool not to pursue this. There is zero impact on the draft (compared to the Cooks/Jeudy deals).

It's likely OBJ/Agent's strategy is to get a "1 year" deal, prove he can still play, and then a few months later go looking for that multi-year deal. A multi-year deal right now would only minimize his value.

Nobody has more money than Dallas/Jerry. Money whip this guy within the limits of whatever cap space we have left this year and make it happen. No reason not to try!

I seriously doubt OBJ and his agent are looking for a 1 year deal coming off of acl surgery with only half the season left to play. That would be a huge gamble for them. In the end, that may be all they get but I'd bet someone gives them a 2-3 year deal.

I dunno... OBJ is a pretty confident dude. I think he wants to maximize his value and signing a multi-year deal coming off a big injury isn't how you do that.

Either way, Jerry has the chance to get a real difference maker without having to waste draft capital and this window of opportunity won't last forever.

You could split the difference.

Beckham gets a multi-year deal. However, it's heavily laden with incentives. And Cowboys can walk away from the deal after this season without too much penalty.

Is nobody worried about OBJ bringing toxicity to the locker room? Not sure how I feel about bringing him in to the team. Guys like Lamb and Brown have really stepped up. Hate to have a guy like OBJ come in and ruin everyone's energy together.
CNN is an enemy of the state and should be treated as such.

I don't worry about it. He wasn't toxic at LA, in fact his team mates there loved him. I think if you have strong leaders in your locker room, which Dallas has, OBJ can be a good locker room guy.

I think much of his issues were when he was a young man. He seems to have matured and not the pain the a** he used to be.

I actually think he energizes it. Just the fact that ownership is bringing him in let's them all know everybody is all in and believes this team can win it all.

Not to mention he's been a stud since day 1... they all know who he is. I think he's welcomed with open arms right away and I think this team will take it to the next level.

I dont think OBJ would be a problem. It's just about the contract and his health. He's not even cleared to play yet. And i really doubt the Cowboys can commit more than a one year deal. That's basically just a handful of games at this point.

They got absolutely dominated by Philadelphia who is the only good team they've played (The Dolphins with their third string QB don't count). We played the Eagles much more competitively with Cooper Rush than they did with a healthy roster.

I think the Bills are going to absolutely smoke them this week and if you look at this schedule they could pretty EASILY lose 4 straight games and be 7-5.
