I don't consider Moore developmental anymore. More of a warm body that knows the offense.
From what I understand, Moore very well might be on the roster by this Sunday.
Yeah I thought Moore was going to be a practice squad addition or something.
Rico is about to be moved to IR so we will have 1 more roster spot so Moore could be brought back but I would rather use it on Nzeocha or a DT.
Well, we have more clarity on the Lucky Whitehead situation with the Cowboys. Lots of folks thought the Cowboys were stupid for dropping Lucky after his arrest which turned out to be mistaken identity.
Apparently there was more to the story, you just cant get away with bangin a teammates ex, especially if he is the star of the franchise.

League office told NFLPA spokesman that a decision would be rendered today. We should know by 3 (I think the league office closes at 4 EST).

Isn't that what the suspension is if nothing changes? 6 games/weeks?

Correct. But what makes you believe the cowboys haven't proven a faulty process? The evidence against the NFL is rather overwhelming.
Oh, I mean I wasn't really giving my opinion of if the NFL is wrong. It just seems like everything to do with this from the NFL has been shady. I was just saying I bet they somehow end up winning (even though they shouldn't) and nothing changes/Zeke is still suspended. Love hearing the the "independent arbitrator" is not going to rule before the hearing today, saying there's a "large volume of material." Absolutely just a tactic from the NFL to give them leverage in the hearing. I hope Zeke's legal team rips them a new one in this hearing. It's pretty blatant.

Zeke is actually at the hearing, apparently. Thought Garrett said initially he wasn't going to attend.
So with the arbitrator's ruling it's likely that the situation with Zeke is either fully refuted by the court or fully enforced. There won't be a middle ground/reduction of suspension
Agree, and that's how I've felt all along. The investigation was either reasonable and it stays at 6, or it wasn't and it's 0. They only chance I ever saw at reduction would have been an admission, contrition, and action to show he was working on his problem. And even then I would have thought chances were super slim. And that was clearly not the direction his appeal defense went. This has been an all or nothing deal in the appeal and now the court IMO.
Most cowboys fans seemed glad that whitehead is gone.

So he sits out next year instead. I get why he's fighting so hard, I would too. But this is only a temporary victory.
Probably does serve it all next year. But Zeke has a better case and chance than I thought he did a few weeks ago. If I'm the NFL, this is not an ideal one to be litigating.
He will not sit this year and will sit 0-3 games next year. NFL ****ed this one up bigly.

I don't think they can go back and change the amount of games. The appeal will either enforce the suspension or get rid of it entirely

Well I think Jaylon played just fine for his first action. He's only going to get better as the season goes on, you would think.
Zeke is just special. I don't think he's fully in football shape yet, but he still was able to rattle off something like 140 total yards. He's just so gifted.
I'll take the win. It's clear that the Giants offensive line is just bad. It'll be interesting to see what the defense looks like when we're going up against a good offense, but overall just kind of a throttling victory.
