It's never Trump's fault. It's always someone he hired that gave him bad information or tripped him up.
Exactly. Where is Harry Truman when you need him? Buck stops here. I don't think I've ever heard Trump take responsibility or blame for anything.
To what end would him taking responsibility do?
It's always been the man's personality. He may learn from his mistakes but he's not going to admit them to folks.
And after 10 years of constant news cycle on him, of you voted for him not realizing this trait about him, then you simply were not paying attention.
So for Trump, what is gained by admitting a mistake? There will not be any recognition of his "admission", it will be spun in the worst possible manners, he will not have gained a single support, and in fact he loses support for caving in to bizarre demands.
It's highly unlikely Trump is going to admit a mistake, especially doesnt think he's made one.

I'm business partners with a group of persian n Austin. They are all praying that the IRGC falls bc they grew up in the heyday of the sha.
I'll gladly pay more at the pump in order to rid Iran of Islam extremism.
The problem is that the extra $$ that we pay at the pump don't help get rid of the IRGC. Those dollars don't go to our military, or arming resistance or anything else. When this is all over are you really going to sit down and say "I spent $500 more on gas over the last year or so, but it was worth it because the IRGC is significantly degraded"?

I'd imagine it would depend on whether 400,000 barrels a day is a lot.
Anyone know if that amount is a lot or just a blip that won't be noticed?

Other refineries can ramp up production. Procuction in that area is already slowed bc the IRGC is getting wreckless. It maily hurts Europe and South Asua.

Things change. When a Muslim country who has said for decades that they want Israel wiped off the map and that the US is the Great Satan and that they violently support terrorism against both, most people with any functioning brain would believe them, especially if they were close to having an atomic bomb, which was ironically super powered in its ability by the Obama Regime.
So, yeah, campaigning on not starting a war is great, but factoring in that we haven't had to put any boots on the ground in Iran for an invasion seems ok to me if it also means Iran doesn't have a nuclear bomb,
But Old McDonald, I have zero doubt that your side will get what you want out of this. To see the American public become angry at Trump at a huge number, just like W. had in 2008. To see the Dems benefit in Congress in some fashion, just to gum up the system, impeach Trump again, and try to kill him again. If you don't kill him, make him uber unpopular and hang him over Vance and Rubio, so you get President Harris, Buttgig, or Newsom. Your goal is to get power back in full in 2028, for gaining the White House, the Senate, and the House, then expand the SC to 15 justices and put age restrictions on the justices and then add DC and Puerto Rico as states. Eventually, you get rid of the Electoral College first, then get overturn the President's term limits when you get a President you want to serve for decades. And then you repeal the 2nd Amendment.
But then you all get to work with your Islamic friends, who use you for convenience, but will gladly come after the USA with everything they have to gain control here, just as they are doing now in Western Europe. Your sides are under an umbrella together, but you are incompatible in every way imaginable. Unlike the GOPe vs MAGA, who can coexist together because of shared faith and shared history, your two sides share none of it. And communists versus Islamists is only a fair fight if the communists aren't woke. In the west, they are. Until that changes, the Iran's of the world will continue to get more powerful. And it's why they absolutely cannot be allowed to have nuclear capabilities in ANY fashion.

We can engage in this game indefinitely. The reality is that prices will plummet when the missiles cease and will increase again once they are reactivated. The crucial question is whether we will deplete our oil reserves before we exhaust our missile supply. I think we know the answer to that question.

Good point. Up or down the reserves are being used. I saw somewhere the other day that the reserves are the lowest they've been since the 70s.
If true, I'd imagine that's not something that'll bounce right back up the day this war or whatever eventually and somehow ends.

For No Spin you have this incorrect. Grok says 1983.
Usually if you have to start a sentence with "if true", then the previous statement is likely misinformation.
And its been posted before, by me, that Trump required any draw on the SPR be "repaid" by the take with 1.2 of what is taken. This replaces the reserve plus 20% at zero cost to the taxpayer.
As typical, Trump works for the US taxpayer.

Lol you showed him, it isn't the lowest in 47 years, its just the lowest in 43 years.
Also hilarious to say he works for the taxpayers when he continues to spend away the value of the taxpayer's dollar.
