Don't like that decision at all. Now, if there are still some witnesses who will be called who are minors, turn the cameras off during their testimony. Other than that? Allow one pool feed from the courtroom and audio for a press room if do not want the press in the gallery.
We have figured out how to do this since the Sam Shepard case decades and decades ago. Frankly, I was dismayed the court even cited that case. Was really reaching with that one.
Been in front of this judge. He isn't going to be intimidated by defense group hoodlums trying to hijack the media. Absent mistakes, I think he'll try to enforce it fairly.
