I thought I saw where they were not going to seek a death penalty for life in prison, but who knows these days what's real and what's not. My guess is probably 8 to 15 at the most. But life is what he deserves.

Just want to be clear that I would actually support the death penalty for this young man. He obviously knows right from wrong, is well-educated, experienced in life and has a supportive family. So there is no reason for him to have brought a knife to a track meet, acted suspiciously, refused to leave others (and their property alone) and acted out of entitled rage to rob another young man of his future, rob his twin of a life long companion, rob his parents of seeing the fruits of their 17 years of raising their young boy to be a man.
I appreciate those such as yourself who still work in the legal system to do the right thing. It has to be maddening at times. And Karmanjello deserves a defense, but he doesn't deserve the theatrics and fairy tales being spun.

This case is not getting transferred to any new venue, but if it were, Brazos County is not a realistic option.
