We've had garbage like this in Dallas since the 90's, probably longer. Remember the tech company in (I believe Richardson) who got raided by the FBI in the 90's, they were funneling money back to Iran or some POS anti-American country.

Can you share the information you have about prosecutors refusing to charge people who have committed honor killings with murder?

The holy land foundation. I remember seeing their billboards in Dallas and thinking it was fishy. It was the largest Islamic charity in the United States until the U.S. government shut it down. Several leaders went to prison. It was funding Hamas IIRC.

Any issue with doxing should be handled through a protective order by the trial court judge.

It would be malpractice for the defense lawyers to not try to get the names of all potential witnesses IMO.

The victim's father and brother live every day missing their son/brother, while this irredeemable plight on society gets home arrest, which I'm SURE hasn't been violated repeatedly for the last 7 months
