Mark Kelly is in the news a lot lately... Also I think it was mentioned a lot here, but because Hegseth is a declassification authority, he is almost completely shielded from leaking classified materials. Just like President is Ultimate declassification authority and can just say/show/disseminate classified information which would be instantly declassified because the President did it.

That would fit perfectly with the idea that this is another one of those "ginned up" and then "circularly reinforced by the media" hit jobs of which Russiagatte was a grander version.

This would tend to make him a participant of such on multiple levels.
