There were 4 sitting on the ground.

Reporter is saying most of the ground medical units are just sitting around, so hopefully that means they are not needed and only a small number of injuries and nothing else.

Lots of people here with ties down there. Initially heard it was a bail out. One of our employees has family down there. They're saying it was a HS kid. Apparently it was her cousin's home room but he stayed home sick today. Her other cousin works at one of the other campuses said there is lots of body bags being brought to the school. All second hand but rumor is it is very bad.

Article in OP was updated to say two children killed, others injured.

UVALDE, Texas Two children were killed, several were wounded, including an adult following a shooting Tuesday at an Uvalde elementary school, officials said.

Several sources have said kids can be picked up at the police station and there are a few kids and a teacer being treated in San Antonio. My guess is they got injured when they were evacuating or trying to get to safety

In the link in the OP it says the shooter has been apprehended and two kids died. Very sad, but hardly piling up "body bags"

If the shooting occurred outside the school and the dude ran into the school afterwards then it's not certain that he was the one that shot the kids. Could have also been LEO's bullets.

This story is all over the place right now.

13 children to the hospital. Some by ambulance, some by bus, so likely not serious if they went by bus.
2 transferred to San Antonio, 1 will be transferred.
1 66 year old woman in critical condition at University Hospital in San Antonio.

Edit: probably false. Sounds like he was a Hispanic student at the high school, not illegal.

I just independently heard the exact same thing from somebody in Uvalde.
