Agreed, and they have some good bullpen arms that could get through 3 innings
We have good bullpen arms also but RC brought up the possibility of using Hill in relief A&M's first two games in the coaches' media presser yesterday.

If you saw two guys named Robertson and Deichmann, which one would you think was Kim Mulkey's son? I'd say Deichmann, wouldn't you? You'd be wrong though. It's Robertson.

Do you think we would bring him in for a similar situation? I always just assumed he'd be in case of a need for long relief (especially with the pitch counts that Martin can have)

I'm loving the fact that there are zero expectations on the Ags in Omaha. Most people are predicting two and barbecue. So they are playing with house money, which might let them play loose and relaxed

I would be really surprised to have him pitch in relief on Sunday and Tuesday and then start a game either Wed or Thurs (not sure when we would play). That is very unlike RC pitcher management

I have no idea. I was taken aback that RC would even consider using Hill as anything but as a starter in the early games of the CWS. Let's hope Martin pitches the greatest game of his Aggie career so their is no need to go to Hill.

I would like to think the plan is to win it all here. We will use our best pitchers in the first 2 games (all 3 of our starters} to get wins and to get to the winners bracket so we can get to the championship 2 outta 3 series. I would be dissapointed in RC if we didn't use all 3 pitchers in our first 2 games. But this is obviously a fluid situation.

Anyone know if any team has come out of the losers bracket to take it all recently? The odds just aren't in your favor if you go that route.

Frustrating as hell when it's an easy ground ball for the shortstop or 2nd baseman and the pitcher screws it up.

Can't blame him trying to field his position but damn that's aggravating
