is anyone else able to view ornlu's recipe? I still get a permission error when trying to view it.
Also, an update on this one too. I brewed it a week later than I said I was gonna. It's now been in the fermenter about 10 days. I WAY overshot the grav (1.068 instead of 1.048) as a result of the split batching. If it finishes out at 0.994 like I think it's going to, it'll be about 10% alcohol. That's a pretty big F up.Ornlu said:

I'm going to split-batch it. Same grain bill, but capture the second 5-gallons of runoff which will hopefully be about 1.038 gravity. That'll get an ounce of Saaz hops and become an American light lager.
