Impossible to know what happens if they have the guts to use VAR correctly but United would likely be in a better position than they are now.

I say this as a referee. You miss calls. It happens. But that's why pros have VAR. To fix the clear and obvious errors. And to say that's not an error is a joke.

That wasn't a gray area call. That VAR needs to not be a VAR ever again. And England has this problem where a VAR doesn't want to overrule the guy on the field.

Casemiro was a big big part of both goal concessions (and no I haven't forgotten the last game, but he was real bad today).

Yeah Pool's only goal came off an F up by Dunk. Maybe it's just that he is unlucky that every time I watch him, he leaves his brain at home, but he seems to have a streak of Onana in him.

Not that I'm bitter, but if Atwell and his posse didn't screw us over, we'd have an 8 point cushion with 7 games left. Oh well.

Edit: check that; would have been a 9 point cushion for top 5. Good lord, Chelsea, getting beaten up by Everton 3-0. Still 7 point cushion as is. It's nice to get jobbed by the refs and still increase the cushion, I suppose.

LA Galaxy are reportedly interested in Casemiro. Given the state of things In the general vicinity of Saudi Arabia that's probably his best option for max salary.

Some whispers/rumors that Italian clubs and specifically Juventus are interested in Ugarte. If United do seal CL nect season and he leaves in the summer, we'll need at least 3 central midfielders in the transfer window. Maybe could get by with 2 and promoting someone from the youth team but there doesn't seem like an obvious choice at that level who could step in and provide rotation minutes.

This summer is going to be another massive window.

Not able to watch at the moment but why on earth are we starting Ugarte/Casemiro if Mainoo is not available? Put Mount in for Ugarte. It's far from ideal but an Ugarte/Casemiro midfield is madness.
