Weird pochettino update

Rough first half. Gave up a goal off a corner. Only one shot on goal by atx. Hoping we get some life after half and some fresh legs like Redes and Gallagher can be subbed in

First half started strong. Knocking on the door but lacking the finish for now.

Denver is verde. Love it

Great fist win! Finally came alive in the second half.

A lot of talk last week about the squad's fitness. Just won at altitude.

That was unexpected but I'll take it, that shift after halftime was seriously impressive.

Has there been anymore on the Tomas Pochettino situation? That was so weird.

One other note, no one is talking enough about the Dominguez heel flick to set the third goal in motion. His backheel put Kolmanic into space to get the play moving, then he's back on his feet and gets involved in the play to finish. Great effort and vision on the field.

We got Minnesota United FC on Saturday May 1st. They are 0-2 and have not scored a goal while conceding 6 goals in their two matches. This is another great opportunity to go up there and grow as a young squad and get another decisive victory. Any other insights into this match?

I'm trying to watch as much MLS as possible to learn about the league. I was always a Man U and EPL fan, so I've got some catching up to do with MLS. I also watch Orlando City matches as I hope to move to central Florida in about 6 years.

Haha, too dear diary for you? So what did you think about the last match? Other than your plan of use losing was ruined.

Minnesota is a weird case, after a few tough early seasons they've made the playoffs the last two years but they've been just plain bad so far this season.

Fingers crossed that trend continues next weekend

I wanted to post during the game, but some thin-skinned, fair weather fans that only care about winning got me banned for a week. It also may have just been a mod who is an Austin FC fan with no sense of humor.

I'm leaning towards it being a mod who is an Austin FC fan that didn't like what I said. This is because they could have edited a line or two and left things as they were, but instead they went over the line and deleted like ten entire post, almost all were harmless and totally with in the rules of Texags, but thin-skinned mods on an Austin FC thread are just par for the course I suppose...

Haven't heard anything on Pochettino. That was weird. Hopefully it is much ado about nothing.

I thought it was just a small administrative issue...

Can't find any updates. Nothing on Twitter or news. Glad the team did alright without him and obviously ***undez was a superstar in the second half.

Hope it gets cleared up quick though.
