I dig it. For me, 17.1 was governed by my lungs. This will be governed by the clock. The 12 min will go fast. Hopefully I don't tear TF out of my hands. We just installed spealer bars in our gym.

That was tough! I've never attempted muscle ups so I could not get one. My score was 78 (6:57 tiebreaker whatever hat means). I'm just a beginner so even TTB are a challenge. I still cannot kip.

Are you going to add a tie break column? I had 99 reps and my tiebreak time is 5:02. Just wondering. Odds we have a tie are slim

Go slow and take every opportunity to rest your grip. There is plenty of time for most of us to get to a point where we just can't do another one.

I think I can get thru 4 rounds but I need to pick up the pace just a little bit.

Do lunges unbroken.
16 in 2 sets of 8 T2B
7 cleans set the DB down then do your 8th clean straight into your lunges. Keeps you from doing a 9th and unnecessary clean.

Muscle ups. Unless you're good at them do them 1 at a time. Made the mistake of trying to do 2 in a row on my first 4. I can definitly finish 3 rounds and get into my 4th.

I wasn't planning on a tiebreaker column. I figured if we have a tie I'd just ask for those times.

I always take the friday attempt as familiarizing myself with the wod and use that to set strategy to be better and more efficient on Monday for attempt 2
