I was there Monday for Jinks and I would say the upper level was maybe 30-40% full. I would say 60 was a pretty good number because sold is always higher than butts in the seats. I was in the 500 level and it was 80-90% full. The grounds didn't really fill up until 4 or so and was very manageable in the carnival and shopping areas. I will also say that Saturday was the largest crowd I have ever seen on the grounds in general. The Center shopping areas were packed and took 30 minutes just to grab a beer. You couldn't get into the food tents at all and the wine Garden was a zoo. After the show, the beer lines at the Carnival entrance were at least 30 minutes long.

I believe it's just tickets sold.

They said Ashley McBryde had 47k when only 28k were scanned.

Anyone know how full the Maroon lot (gate 5) gets during auctions? Wife and I were planning on getting to grounds tomorrow around 2-3pm and I see the swine auction starts at 12, do they fill that lot up and cut it off or is there plenty of space? I use that lot the first week of show but don't go back after the Jr. Commercial Steer Sale.
TIA

There's no longer CC cards. If you added it online like your dues or are life time it will be on your membership card. They scan it now and if buying tickets by credit card the name on both has to match.

The place with the $125 caviar? Haven't tried it just yet.

Looks like a silly novelty for people who want to feel uptown by eating in a casual steakhouse in a parking lot temporary building. But I'm sure tables and chairs would be a nice break for some people, especially on packed days when every beer stand has a long line.

Do you have a M tag? If so, you can get into Astroworld for free, otherwise I believe it's $20 to park. Yes there is a tram that gets you onto the grounds. But if just going to the arena it's sometimes quicker to walk.

The Ranch is good, but you are paying $Texas to eat in a tent. It's run by B&B Butchers.
