Are we really going to get that much? Being in the drainage business with lots of open jobs this is an issue for me. I got customers calling me left and right telling me to do something before Sunday because they're gonna flood. But what they don't know is there's 10 more where they come from. Ugggghhh

Looked again and the rotation actually looks pretty good. May very well be a tornado

Had to divert one of our downspots to the pool while also draining my pool into alley. It's basically a 1:1 offset right now with incoming vs outgoing water for the pool.

Been draining for about 20 minutes with no reason to stop.

North central Dallas County in north central Texas...

* Until 245 PM CDT.

* At 208 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near University Park, moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
Garland around 225 PM CDT.
Richardson around 230 PM CDT.

Pool is filling up faster than backflow can run. That's never happened before.

I have had to set up a couple hoses to siphon to help the backflow in the past.

Sirens going off in Richardson.

We are in that tornado warning area and no sirens. Our alarm pad did go off and blew out my ear drums though.

Sirens went off by Huffines park about 2 minutes ago.

Second cell coming through Lakewood now.

That's weird - heard the sirens here in Lower Greenville, and we were well south of the warning area.
