Those are teeth the hognoses use secure their prey. They don't actually emit any "venom". They have modified saliva that counteracts the effects of toad poison, making them one of the few animals that can consume toads.
I can probably get a couple pictures of their teeth when I feed my Eastern and western hogs today.
