Already installed and can login with my battlenet account.

Should work fine with the retail key but you will have to activate it on your bnet account I believe.

I dont think so it is weird because SC uses 3 numbers as the identifier and D3 uses 4. Don't ask me about their logic.

Can someone explain the allure of this game to me...it seems like a mindless dungeon crawler. Every time someone shows me the game its like "I have this bow and it one-shots most NPCs" and thats good because there are a lot of them, very underpowered opposition.

Whatever you do...

DO NOT TRADE A NEW SHIELD BETWEEN YOUR CHARACTER AND THE TEMPLAR FOLLOWER.

Apparently this will freeze the game and give you an error 3006 until Blizzard fixes the bug. Basically it will completely lock you out of playing the game anymore.

I bet the few folks that discovered this gem smashed a keyboard like the hulk smashed loki.

Ok, I am one of the few insane, responsible (or at least I am trying to tell myself this) people and I have to work today.

So, I am living vicariously through the rest of you until 5 CT, when I can get my copy and start playing.

Let me knoe your thoughts so far, and things to watch out for (like the shield trading issue - THANK YOU for posting that now, so I don't have to learn the hard way).

Any thoughts on gameplay speed, and server response now that the initial 2AM rush is over???
