Of course you play the starters. You have a chance to earn home playoff games.

Play to win the game, every game…
I understand that losing will possibly gain you something in the long run, but it's set up that way for loser teams and organizations have a way of maybe being competitive if they fully utilize the charity they're given. The problem is that crappy organizations rarely fully utilize what they're given, and squander it anyway (like the Texans since they joined the league).Jack Ruby said:aggiephoenix02 said:

Tell that to the Texans.
Only need to win and have Eagles lose to win the division thoughGoldie Wilson said:Technically still on the table, but requires SF losing at home to the Cards (along with the Cowboys winning and Eagles losing).jtstanley4621 said:
The 1 seed is still on the table, yes? If that's the case you do everything you can to get it. Treat this game like any other game.

I'm just saying, if I were a Texans fan I'd be livid right now.
But whatevs.
And Dallas is down 7-0 early. Long way to go. Both teams are likely to win regardless.gigem1223 said:

Eh, Dallas looked this bad twice this year. Tampa Bay looked this bad in nearly half their games.
We may lose but let's not pretend it's some foregone conclusion. Tampa has shown the ability to lay eggs much more consistently.
The league is so week to week.Hubert J. Farnsworth said:
Do any of you know of any teams in the past that looked bad going into the playoffs and made the Super Bowl? Genuinely curious.
