That's a HUGE injury and definitely makes the path to the SB easier for the cowboys

Edit... it's a two team race between Phiily and Dallas.
I was just about to post that for the entire season all the love was for the AFC. The Chiefs and the Bills in particular were far and away the best. But as of right now I say Dallas, Philly, and SF could hang with anybody. If Jimmy G is out, then I'd say it's a 4 team race between Dallas, Philly, Buff, and KC.

As a kid (teenager) in the 90s I remember seeing the NFL flashbacks to the ice bowl game vs Green Bay and "The Catch" vs the 49ers. They were from games that I never saw, but were part of NFL history and gave more weight to those NFC Championship games.
Dallas vs Buffalo in this year's super bowl wouldn't mean much to anybody in their 30s or younger... but for the rest of us it would be epic. And God Bless the Bills fans if that happens and we beat them again!

Yet SF didn't miss a beat against a pretty dang solid Miami team. SF will continue to be a force with that D and those skill-position players, IMO. I still feel like they will be a tough out for anyone in the playoffs and, yes, probably still tougher than Philly.

So Brown done with a torn achilles. Hate it for him but hard to imagine Joseph could be any worse. Hopefully Joseph steps up and fills the void.
Baptism by fire. Joseph needs to figure it out and the best way for that is to play.
But loosing 2 veteran / starting CBs to season ending injuries is tough.

Dallas should be sitting at 11-3 heading into that PHI game … if the Eagles happen to drop one of their next 2, that puts them at 12-2, one game ahead of Dallas going into the head to head Cowboys matchup … could be an epic matchup to determine the division champion and home field advantage throughout the playoffs!
