Eagles have beaten the Lions, Vikings, Commanders and Jags.

Any halfway decent team should be at least 3-1 against those 4. The problem is that it doesn't really get more difficult for them the rest of the way. The media is going to be all over them all season

Yeah the Eagles are going to get a lot of love all season but the real analysts are not going to elevate them to the top unless they smash the Cowboys. I don't mind them getting the hype. We all know its the playoffs that matter to Dallas anyway.

The Rams are not the Rams of last year, IMO. I think Dallas wins this one pretty comfortably.

I like our chances against this team.

What I don't like is playing the champs, on the road, after they just lost the week before and need this game to stay above .500.

Rams OL is in tough shape and that doesn't mix well with a statue QB and this pass rush. All signs point to a Dallas win, which probably means they'll lay an egg.

I do get the feeling Rush will have a tough day at the office just because teams will start figuring him out, but our defense is real.

I fully expect the Cowboy defense to get after Stafford and shut down the Rams offense. However, the Rams defense is capable of doing the same thing to the Cowboys offense.

Turnovers or special teams play could decide the outcome. Aside from that, I think Dallas has more playmakers on offense and I would give them the edge by a slight margin.

My prediction is Dallas wins another ugly one.

I hope the Cowboys beat the ever living, ever loving, compound, etc. etc. out of the god d*** eagles next week. I don't mind losing to the Giants or Washington but the Eagles I absolutely CANNOT STAND

Agree. Only good team they have beat is a Vikings team that was coming off a Packers victory hangover.

Dallas has now beat both Super Bowl teams from last season….with Cooper Rush. Outstanding job by this coaching staff. EVERYONE said they were done after week 1.

There's a freight train coming and Philly is standing on the tracks. Let's GO!!

It's not time for a victory lap just yet. But so far the offseason moves this team has made have been spot on. Tougher up front on both sides of the ball. Less knuckleheads. The Cowboys approach to the backup QB spot was largely crapped on as well.

He starts when he's ready, but the gameplan needs to stay the same as they've used for Rush. He's just not been a put-the-team-on-his-back Qb. Protect the ball, find ways to bust Pollard loose, and play defense

Yep, if we play the same gameplan there are plenty of plays for a better QB like Dak to hit on that Rush has missed. Not knocking Rush, he has more than done his job while Dak is out. its just a reality that he isnt as good as Dak.

Winning 4 straight is hard to do in the NFL... absolutely amazing that we've done it with a backup QB. There is no denying that this is a VERY well coached team right now.

Dan Quinn obviously deserves a ton of credit, but give our offensive coaches and the head coach a ton of credit for keeping it together despite the loss of our #1 QB, LT, & #2 WR for a few games as well.

I think the only thing I'm not sold on for this team is our offensive play calling. Will have to wait and see when Dak returns. Also worth noting that Kellen isn't the one dropping balls that would have resulted in TDs / Huge plays.

I think we need to get Dak back and need to be passing the ball a little more before we really get on our WR's for drops and mistakes. Ceedee has had his fair share, Gallup with some too, but we're passing the ball so little right now it's hard to keep your guys locked in at all times. But I do agree with everything you said!

Eagles open at -5. That seems pretty reasonable. Game is in Philly, they haven't really played anyone and haven't dominated the bad teams they've played, uncertainty about Dak, boys don't score a lot.

Huge game this week.

Was it me, or on every replay they showed of Parson coming after the QB was he being held with no call…

And I'm not even talking a borderline hold…literally arm under his chinstrap with a hand on his outer shoulder pads?

Yeah, he was the victim of a lot of clotheslines last night. They just weren't calling them at all.
