Reports that Dak was offered $33 million a year, $105 million guaranteed.
The word on the NFL Network this morning is exclusive tag - $33 million for this year unless something breaks this morning.98Ag99Grad said:
Any contract news or is he getting tagged?
I think it's difficult to make this assessment without knowing what Dak is asking. The offer they reportedly put on the table is extremely fairMacarthur said:

Take Dak's contract out of it. They let Amari and Jones walk. That is a huge failure, IMO.Bingo Bango Bongo said:I think it's difficult to make this assessment without knowing what Dak is asking. The offer they reportedly put on the table is extremely fairMacarthur said:

What if Amari wants to match Julio Jones at $22 million/yr and Jones wants $18 million/yr?Macarthur said:Take Dak's contract out of it. They let Amari and Jones walk. I agree with the intent here but they got a 2nd.98Ag99Grad said:
Hey, at least we aren't the Texans trading our best players for 4th round picks.
Both could have been locked up much sooner at less than those numbers.Ag Natural said:What if Amari wants to match Julio Jones at $22 million/yr and Jones wants $18 million/yr?Macarthur said:Take Dak's contract out of it. Neither are worth "best in the league" contracts and I wouldn't do either.
Connected to their agents, are ya?Macarthur said:Both could have been locked up much sooner at less than those numbers.Ag Natural said:What if Amari wants to match Julio Jones at $22 million/yr and Jones wants $18 million/yr?Macarthur said:Take Dak's contract out of it. Totally plausible and what makes it even more frustrating is they have made zero effort to bring in competition or a replacement for QB. They also think Dak should take some sort of "home town star on helmet" discount because he can get Campbell's soup money. They are antiquated and unorganized.diehard03 said:Quote:

It's also tough to say that the offer is "fair" without knowing all the terms.
I also don't think they really believe he's the guy at this point. They purposely leaked out a deal that's less guaranteed money than Goff and Wentz.
