Unarmed, door was not barricaded and the assessment a 110lb lady was a threat that warranted being shot to death is criminal negligence. Certainly was not fentanyl that killed her.

An unarmed mob can quickly overwhelm and disarm a couple armed guards and possibly use their own firearms on them. They were charged with protecting members of Congress. I'm surprised more weren't shot.

But that is not what happened here! Stop being obtuse. There is simply no reason not to say that AB should not have been shot.

If you can't help yourself, then you you have to admit the government worked through agents to evolve a peaceful demonstration to a riot. That amplification of emotion attributed to his over reaction.

Lastly. Had that been a white cop named Bob Smith and the Vic a black female named Latasha" …..buildings would be burned and her family would get a huge settlement. A cash payday.

That's a lie. I defended Chauvin because he was not the cause of Floyd's death. Kim Potter believed she had pulled her taser not her service weapon.(Both went to jail.)

I defended Rittenhouse because he didn't shoot until presented with a deadly threat.

The standards for justifiable homicide remain the same. Avoidance or duty to retreat is the only element that varies by jurisdiction.

While I understand your point, defense of Chauvin would still be viewed by many as coming from a political bias rather than the facts of the situation. Though I agree Chauvin was not fully responsible, there were still some bad choices made in hindsight. I'm not sure what LOE training is regarding avoidance or duty to retreat. Seems like that's what they did in the Summer of 2020, but then the mob wasn't trying to violently disrupt the certification of electors at our nations capitol.

I think the capitol police officers should have been better trained, and I think Ashlii shouldn't have joined in the mob mentality. I think most people on this board would not have thought it a bright idea to breach the capitol that day with hordes of people, some of which did have ill intent. Wrong place, wrong time.

The bad choices were all made by Floyd. Each one, when made, brought him one step closer to the reaper. If you have ever applied your knee to the back of one's neck……you know that it does not cut off breathing.

Chauvin should be quietly released from prison.

And you would think she deserved getting shot crawling thru the broken window of a locked door holding Republican Congressmen away from a group of not happy people

Like I've said before, who opened the damned door to the capital?

For those that know locks and the various difficulties getting them open, I understand the one to the capital is extremely difficult to "just open up and walk in".

To me, that's the key. Whomever opened it allowed Wray, Pelosi, all Democrats, to hang Americans out to dry for 90% misdemeanors. J6, Russiagate, amongst several other thin air "emergency problems with zero proof" called impeachments, are waiting in the wings.
Hate is how progressives sustain themselves. Without hate, introspection begins to slip into the progressive's consciousness, threatening the progressive with the truth: that their ideas and opinions are illogical, hypocritical, dangerous, and asinine.
This is backed by data.

Nope. I would have the same opinion.

For example, I believe Rittenhouse did all he could not to shot and finally did because they were about to shoot and beat him. If that had been a group of Republicans chasing a Democrat…..I would have the same opinion about the Democrat version of Rittenhouse.

There different only the left mobs, beats and harms innocent bystanders …..they are never polite. So again I. The AB scenerio, there is more of a likely hood that there' would have been more than one angry zombie trying to claw through that door…..with in the back ground real angry zombies touching things on fire, they would have been carrying skateboards to hit people with, you had noNe of that with AB.

But again, if all things remain the same except the roles of republicans and democrats were flips. Yes I would say it was a bad decision to kill AB.

And if you didn't have one camera angle with Chauvin looking like he was putting his knee on St Floyd's neck and an evil MSM, this would be nothing but a POS doper dying after doing dope and resisting arrest.
