Attorney: getting rid of first two lawyers was great move. Can trust replacements.

Known ADA long time, disappointed with calling Kyle an active shooter, changing to provocation and lying people on the stand.

Judge gave us a fair trial. The tumbler had nothing to do with this. We had jurors scored and Kyle pulled the three we rated as best. We were devastated.

More to the point, it's not that often as a defense attorney that you get to represent someone accused of such serious crimes at trial who's clearly innocent. That's a heckuva lot of pressure to be responsible for keeping an innocent man out of jail.

Dude, that guy was scummy as crap this trial.

1) Clear Brady violation on the drone video, key piece of evidence
2) He had the person who filmed the drone video on his witness list, and never called him to the stand to set a foundation
3) Clear violation of 5th Amendment rights on cross of KR

There is a lot of other really shady crap that it looks like he MIGHT have done, but those three are almost impossible to ignore.

Wood and Pierce's claim is they put up the bond for KR through their 501(c)(4). Now that he's been found not guilty, the bond money is supposed to go whoever posted the bond. Returning the money to the people who donated would be the honorable thing to do. I do not believe Pierce and Wood are honorable people.
