The odds are either hung or not guilty.

Most people think there were 1 or 2 holdouts from acquittal. It's highly unlikely a guilty verdict comes out for everything

Highly likely- acquittal on most, guilty in some lesser charge
Probable- acquitted on all charges
Very unlikely- guilty on all counts


I just remember the Casey Anthony verdict. My jaw hit the floor. You just never know what in the heck is happening during the deliberations.

The jurors, shortly after 11 a.m. wrote a note to Jones, saying they were deadlocked at 11-1. It was not clear why the jury was split on the case.
