As someone who follows him a lot, honestly I think it's a mix of him actually having good sources and then 50/50 plausible guesses, similar to a palm reader.

The odds are either hung or not guilty.

Most people think there were 1 or 2 holdouts from acquittal. It's highly unlikely a guilty verdict comes out for everything

Likely hood, imo

Most likely- hung
Highly likely- acquittal on most, guilty in some lesser charge
Probable- acquitted on all charges
Very unlikely- guilty on all counts
