they struck him because he said he would treat police officer testimony called by the defense differently.
it looked like both sides did not want him so they were trying to get him to admit to stuff to be struck for cause so neither of them wanted to waste a strike
The judge stated that the prosecution objected to the strike for cause.
This jury candidate sounds on the younger side, maybe early 30s but sounds level headed so far.
#19 sounds good. Appears to choose his words wisely and confident in his answers.

What Good Poster said. Also because BlueLM was created in response to BLM and, in my opinion, is missing the point. BLM isn't saying that cop lives do not matter. Its original intent was to create awareness of police brutality against black people and essentially saying "black lives matter, too." People in this country treat police officers so terribly. They antagonize and insult and resist and it's really gross watching videos that get posted on this board of people interacting with law enforcement.

The recent state court of appeals decision is out of line with established case law. Out of the blue.
Judge Cahiil was correct in dismissing the third degree murder charge last fall, in my view.

What is your argument?
You believe cutting off the blood supply to brain for 8 minutes doesn't cause death?
Or you believe that choking causes enough bodily damage to be cause of death in an autopsy?
It has nothing to do with MMA the sport. It has to do with where else is there video evidence of choking to the point of passing out. If you have another reference point I would be glad to use that.
The fact you keep trying to marginalize me by implying I'm a UFC fan boy, shows how weak your counter argument is. Still 8 months later, nothing.
